Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: 9 June 2026

1. General

This policy describes how deposits and withdrawals are handled for participants in the Blue Chip Origin pool. It supplements (and does not replace) the Participation Agreement.

2. Deposits

  1. Deposits are made by bank transfer to the account details shown in the investor portal. We do not accept cash, third-party transfers, or transfers from accounts that do not match your verified name.
  2. Deposits will only be credited once your KYC verification is approved. Funds received before approval may be held or returned.
  3. A deposit is converted into units at the unit price applicable on the trading day the funds clear in our records. Pending funds do not earn returns.
  4. Minimum and maximum contribution amounts may be set and varied at our discretion and will be displayed in the portal.

3. Withdrawals

  1. Withdrawals are requested via the investor portal and must be paid to a bank account held in the participant's verified name.
  2. Requests received before the daily cut-off are valued at the next NAV calculation. Requests received after the cut-off are valued at the following NAV calculation.
  3. We target payment within 5 business days of the valuation date. In practice timing depends on broker withdrawal processing and banking networks; longer windows may apply for larger withdrawals or where additional checks are required.
  4. We do not charge a withdrawal fee. Third-party banking fees may apply and are passed through at cost.
  5. The amount you receive may be lower than the amount you originally contributed.

4. Suspension or staggering

In exceptional circumstances — including stressed market conditions, broker outages, suspected fraud, regulatory action, or operational incidents — we may suspend withdrawals or process them on a stepped/pro-rata basis to protect the Pool as a whole. Any such action will be communicated promptly through the investor portal and, where appropriate, by email.

5. Fees on profit

A 13% performance participation is taken from net new realised profits at NAV calculation on a high-water-mark basis. No performance participation is taken on profits that merely recover previous drawdowns. No management fee is charged.

6. Statements

Statements showing your unit balance, deposits, withdrawals, and NAV history are available at any time in the investor portal. You may download a copy for your own records.

7. Anti-money-laundering

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to our anti-money- laundering and counter-fraud controls. We may request additional documentation, source-of-funds evidence, or further checks, and may delay, refuse, or reverse a transaction where required by law or prudent practice.
