1. Consent to electronic records and signatures
You agree that documents relating to your participation — including the Participation Agreement, Risk Disclosure Statement, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy, account statements, and notices — may be provided to you electronically and signed electronically. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and is intended to be binding.
2. What counts as your electronic signature
Your electronic signature consists of (a) your typed full legal name in the signature field, together with (b) the act of submitting the signed form while signed in to your authenticated account. We capture the date and time, your IP address, your user-agent, and a cryptographic hash of the signed document as part of our audit record.
3. Hardware and software
To sign electronically and to access signed documents you will need: a modern web browser; reliable internet access; an email account; and the ability to view PDF files. By proceeding you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Retention and access
Signed documents are stored in your investor portal under "Documents" and can be downloaded at any time during your participation and for the retention period set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time by contacting us; however, your existing electronic signatures and the documents you have already signed will remain valid and binding. If you withdraw consent we may not be able to continue providing the service.
6. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronically signed document. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for paper copies.
7. Keep your details current
You are responsible for keeping your email address, phone number, and other contact details up to date in the investor portal so that you can receive electronic notices.
