These Terms govern your use of bluechiporigin.com and the related investor portal (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.
1. Information only
The Site provides general information about a private friends-and- family pooled trading arrangement. Nothing on the Site is investment, tax, or legal advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy any security or financial product. Participation is only available to invited individuals who have completed onboarding and signed the Participation Agreement.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must use the Site only in jurisdictions where doing so is lawful.
- You must provide accurate information during onboarding.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access or attempt to access the Site through any means other than the interfaces we provide;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent its security;
- scrape, harvest, or extract data at volume;
- use the Site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, strategy documentation, branding, and software are owned by Blue Chip Origin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no licence except to view the Site for the purpose described in these Terms.
6. Third-party services
Trading is executed via Vantage Markets. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the availability, content, or conduct of third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing the Broker's own terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the Site (in whole or in part) for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
8. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, and representations.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the investor portal or by email. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
